Un legislador que presentó una demanda contra Dios obtuvo algo que no esperaba: una respuesta.
Una de las dos respuestas a la Corte por parte de "Dios" llegaron el miércoles a través de circunstancias inesperadas, de acuerdo con John Friend, funcionario de la Corte de Distrito del Condado Douglas en Omaha. "Esta apareció milagrosamente sobre el escritorio. Repentinamente estaba allí" indicó Friend.
El senador estatal Ernie Chambers había demandado a Dios la semana pasada, en busca de una restricción permanente al Todopoderoso por hacer amenazas terroristas, inspirar el miedo y provocar "una gran mortandad, destrucción y el terror de millones de millones de habitantes en la Tierra".
Chambers, quien se proclama agnóstico y que a menudo critica a los cristianos, dijo que su demanda fue provocada por una demanda federal que él consideró como frívola. En su presentación, Chambers intentó subrayar el hecho de que en Estados Unidos, una persona puede demandar a cualquiera. No es así, respondió "Dios". Su respuesta argumenta que el acusado es inmune a las leyes terrestres y agregó que la corte carece de jurisdicción. Asimismo, añade la respuesta que al culpar a Dios por la opresión y el sufrimiento humano se pierde de vista un asunto muy importante. "Hice al hombre y a la mujer con libre albedrío, acompañado con la promesa de la vida inmortal, y el libre albedrío es mi regalo más grande para ustedes", indicó la respuesta, que fue leída por Friend.
No había información de contacto en el documento, aunque San Miguel Arcángel es nombrado como testigo, agregó Friend. Una segunda respuesta de "Dios" en la que refuta los alegatos de Chambers menciona un número telefónico de una oficina de abogados de Corpus Christi. Un mensaje que fue dejado en esa oficina no fue contestado de inmediato el jueves.
Los esfuerzos para localizar a Chambers por teléfono en su oficina del Capitolio también fueron infructuosos el jueves.

Bue era de esperarse, mas bien creo que este tipo la sacó barata, la cosa es que aun con muestras tan claras de que Dios es quien dice ser, pues sigue habiendo tipos que hacen y dicen cada burrera.
Pero para mi... No hay Dios como mi Dios.
